As much as we can tell you about our
company, it's always better to hear it from a few of the people who
have already been there....
Marcus & M.J.
I don't know if you can put into words the
feeling of being a first-time business owner and having the support
that Goin' Postal franchisees experience.
When my husband and I decided to open our
own business, we did a lot of research into different types of
franchises. We wanted to do a franchise for our first business so that
we could have the guidance and support of people with the "know how"
to do what we didn't know how.
When we found Goin' Postal, the name alone
was a big attraction for us. It's clever and memorable. The other big
motivator was the investment. It was SO MUCH less than the other
franchises. We honestly thought that we would not get as much support
and help as with a higher investment company but the website was
detailed that we were confident that with what training and support we
did receive, we would be able to obtain a solid working knowledge of
our new business. I was also able to call current Goin' Postal
franchisees and ask their opinions. I received nothing but positive
feedback from everyone.
From the instant our franchise fee was
received by the corporation, I felt like I was welcomed into a family.
I was practically hand held through anything I had questions about or
didn't know how to do.
I received FANTASTIC training while in
Florida and felt like I had been doing this all of my life. Gone was
the terror of investing what I consider a lot of money into a high
risk venture. I felt completely confident that my store would be
successful. Of course, as the franchise staff stresses, you have to
put in some elbow grease. The level of success you achieve is up to
you and how much effort you're willing to put forth.
When our franchise representative came to
our store for what was supposed to be our opening week, I realized
just how genuine the franchise owners and staff really are. We were
opening in a new strip mall. Construction had run behind and we not
only had no parking lot but we also had no heat, electricity, or
water. Larry was such a trooper! It was November in Missouri. We
worked with generator, hats, gloves, and a Johnny-on-the-spot. He
didn't complain and the store looked great. He also did refresher
training with me and helped train my employees.
I tell everyone that asks about the
franchise what a great experience I've had and how happy I am to have
chosen Goin' Postal. We plan on opening another store next year and I
know it will do just as great as this one.
I can't thank you guys enough or express
my gratitude for all of your continued advice and help. YOU ARE
AWESOME!

We have been a Goin’ Postal franchisee
since July of 2005. During this time we have had an exciting and
rewarding experience. Due to our close proximity to Zephyrhills, our
first inquiry resulted in Marcus Price, President of Goin’ Postal
Franchise Corporation, visiting with us the next day. Marcus proved to
be a very positive and motivated individual. Following several weeks
of research, including reading the materials furnished by GPFC, my
wife and I decided to sign on. We already owned a copy and print
business and wanted to add on a pack & ship service. Our business has
grown significantly over the next 10 months. In fact, we just opened
our second location right in the heart of downtown Sebring. The GPFC
staff is always there for assistance, support and suggestions. The
website is chock full of ideas for marketing. They have negotiated
super deals with various vendors for their franchisees. Our National
Representative, James Hall, has proven to be an extremely positive and
motivated individual. We appreciate the opportunity to be a part of
the Goin’ Postal family.

Opening our first, then our second Goin'
Postal has been an extremely positive experience for us. It is a
great service concept taken to a new level by a parent company whose
innovative thinking, endless support, tireless work-ethic and drive to
help its franchisees succeed has impressed us every step of the way.

Our business has turned out to be
everything you told me when I was considering opening my business.
Everything you predicted has come true. It has taken awhile to get
started and you said it wouldn't happen overnight, to just be
patient. The support we have received from the Goin' Postal
Headquarters staff is unbelievable. We have been open for one year and
still when I call one of the company reps with a question or problem,
they couldn't be more helpful. I have no regrets and am really
enjoying the business.

I am very happy with the service and
support GPFC has given me. GPFC helped me from the outset of my
venture and proved to go out of their way and beyond to help me get
started. I came into a business that I knew nothing about and walked
out of training feeling both confident about the knowledge of the
products and services and positive about my investment. I would never
have imagined that a corporation would feel so strongly about my
individual success and I believe that this sets GPFC apart from the
rest. Because of this I believe GPFC has a bright future and one day
the Goin' Postal name WILL become a household name.

What a positive adventure. Right
from the start Marcus and M.J. were upfront and informative.
They were very attentive, guiding us through the process. It has
been an amazing experience with the Goin' Postal franchise. Our
stores have been well received by the community, business chamber, and
other local businesses. We continue to hear from customers how
pleased they are to have Goin' Postal nearby, and grateful for the
choices in services that are available at our stores. It has
been great being part of the Goin' Postal family!

Me and my Business partner Donnie are beginning our 2nd year of
operation and we still have the same excitement for the company as
when we first started. During our first year each month was more
profitable than the last. Our January sales doubled our November sales
thanks to the boost we received during the Christmas rush.
When we first started I was fresh out of
college and my partner was fresh out of the marines with no experience
in running a business. With the help of the Goin’ Postal staff we were
up and running with our doors open in less than a month. Our total
start up cost was right at $27,000 a little higher than the mark;
however, we took no shortcuts. We bought custom made counters instead
of building our own. This was pretty expensive as well as some other
high cost add ons. If I had to to it again I'm sure we could do it
well below 25k. The franchise fee has gone up $5000 since we
first started but with the shortcuts I know now I'm sure i could
do it around 30k. The start up price of $30,000 is insane for a
franchise of this caliber and I would highly recommend this company as
a strong investment.
GPFC has provided lots of good ideas for
marketing and promotions such as a new book of stamps for the old
stamp prices. We lose a little money but make it up quickly with the
amount of customers brought in. Goin Postal will aid in design of
these coupons and people will drive from all over to save money on
stamps. GPFC stongly recommended community involvement as a means of
advertisement so we donated free boxes for Hurricane Katrina victims.
This led to a banner and our name on the news.
Marcus has been really good about letting
us sell pretty much anything in our store as long as the main focus is
shipping. Shipping is by far our biggest profit center.
We are extremely happy with the new $200
flat fee. This saves us hundreds of dollars a month when compared to
the 2% fee. We currently plan to have a second store toward the
end of the
year (depending on how good the banks are to us).

Thank you GOIN' POSTAL. We are very
pleased that we chose GOIN' POSTAL from the many franchise
opportunities. It is a pleasure to be part of a young, dynamic, and
growing company. Your excellent staff, training, technical support,
and business plan made the start up and continuing operations a breeze
and ahead of our financial projections.
Sincerely
