Goin’ Postal has
established itself as the new major force in the retail
shipping industry with the release of the 2008 Entrepreneur
Franchise 500.
Goin’ Postal is
THE ONLY retail shipping chain to place in all 5 categories,
and the only major competitor to move up in all its rankings.
This year, in
only our 2nd year as part of the Entrepreneur
Magazine’s Franchise 500, Goin’ Postal placed #293
overall, up from #414 last year.
Goin’ Postal also
placed #42 in the Fastest Growing category, up from #60
last year, when our competitors PostNet and The UPS Store
placed #90 and # 81 respectively.
In the Top New
category, Goin’ Postal was the only retail shipping place
eligible and placed #21. Our competitors are not
eligible for this category since they have all been in the
industry for around 20 years as opposed to our 3 year of
franchising.
Goin’ Postal, at
#65 was also the only retail shipping chain to place in
the Low Cost category due to our competitors offerings
costing into the hundreds of thousands of dollars for what
Goin’ Postal can provide for a fraction of the investment.
Goin’ Postal is
welcomed into the Top Global category at #140,
beating out Pak Mail and Postal Connections at #145 and #176
respectively, who have both been in the industry for well over
20 years.
